Return Process

  Log into your STM account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
